With respect to article 5 of industrial and mine affairs concentration and supplementary of ministry of industries and mines, it declares that BIM is affiliated to ministry of industries and mines while sustaining its financial, administrative and real characteristics. Its new “articles of association” was approved in 03-25-2001 as following:
