3-17- In addition to abovementioned disciplines, for applicants who has received confirmation for financial facilities from bank by offering economic technical justification report following disciplines are effective :

3-17-1- Type, amount and price of goods or services listed in proforma invoice and contract between seller and buyer must be in accordance with facility resolution of plan and approved by bank’s related executives.

3-17-2- Before creation of local L/C, the buyer should deposit his beared share into bank’s account, correspondent to conditions which has forecasted in resolution of facility offering to his plan.
